Because of our small size and remoteness, cancellations significantly affect us. If you must cancel please notify us as soon as possible, so we can attempt to fill your vacancy. If a Family Emergency or if we can fill your vacancy- No charge will be applied to your credit card. If you cancel less than 72 hours before our 2PM check-in time, 1 Night stay will be assessed.
