Rates

Prices begin at $110 depending on room and night of the week, plus state sales and county bed taxes. All room rates are subject to change.

$25 per night plus tax charge for each additional person in room, as appropriate.

Credit card information is required to guarantee all reservations. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

Policies

The first night of all multi-night and/or multi-room reservations is non-refundable and will be charged when the reservation is made. The remaining room nights on such reservations are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy.

All single night room reservations are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy with a $25 non-refundable deposit included in the room rate. Reservations cancelled within the 7 or 14-day period that cannot be re-booked will be charged in full. Those that are re-booked will be subject to the deposit.

All cancellations MUST be confirmed by phone or email by the innkeeper.

Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Arrangements can be made for late check-ins.

Check-out is by 11am.
All rates include breakfast.

All bedrooms have private bathrooms.

Wireless internet available.

The House has central air. The Carriage House has window air conditioners.

Smoking is not allowed in any room of The Gambier House.

We welcome children 12 years of age and over.

Pets are not allowed.

Off street parking available.

Guests have access to the Kenyon Athletic Center.

Gift Certificates are available.

The Gambier House is available for weddings, reunions and other special gatherings.

Block bookings (three or more rooms) for weddings, conferences, workshops or other special gatherings generally require a 2-night minimum stay, a credit card guarantee and a first night non refundable deposit. They are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy.
